Books for Sale
Updated 04/05/06Jim and Linda moved to Whidbey Island in 1998 to build a library for her books and a workshop for his tools. To keep their building contractor happy, they let him add a kitchen, some bedrooms, several baths, and (THANKFULLY) two "bonus" rooms, one of which has been converted to a sewing room.
In June 2000, granddaughter (now adopted daughter) Alexandra joined the family, in 2001 Seren-the-dog joined the pack, and in 2006 LiLo the "Guinea-rat" (aka, hamster) and Weezy-the-cat joined the menagerie.
While Jim spends his time in his workshop building bookshelves and outside attempting to keep the forest at bay, Linda maintains a couple of websites, manages a library of mystery, sci-fi, fantasy, and nautical fiction, and makes quilts in her " spare " time.
